At Arya, our vision is to delight lovers of high-end sparkling wines who wish to moderate alcohol consumption without compromising on taste, pleasure, or authenticity.

We aim to become the leading voice of the ‘alcohol moderation’ movement in the wine category, crafting refined, lower-ABV sparkling wines that redefine the drinking experience.

At the heart of Arya lies the symbolism of the dandelion flower, which naturally grows between vineyard rows in the Veneto region of Italy. Just like the dandelion, Arya represents lightness, elegance, and tranquillity.

Our refined palette of platinum, slate and charcoal further embodies this spirit of serenity, evoking the quiet sophistication of our sparkling wine.

THE PRODUCT

Arya Spumante is a unique sparkling wine crafted from Glera grapes, the same variety used for Prosecco, transformed into low-alcohol sparkling wine through an innovative process that balances authenticity and modernity.

With an alcohol content of just 2% and 17 kcal per 100 ml, a reduction of over 70% compared to traditional sparkling wines, Arya Spumante offers a naturally balanced taste profile, fresh perlàge, and subtle elegance.

THE FOUNDER

Federico Cosulich, Founder & CEO, was born in Conegliano, the historic center of Prosecco production. Drawing from extensive experince in sparkling wine production and academic research at the University of Cambridge, Federico envisioned Arya as part of his master’s thesis on sparkling wine innovation.

From the classroom to the cellar, Federico led two years of experimentation, refining taste, colour and aromas of de-alcoholised wine before Arya Spumante reached its final form.

In 2025, Arya brought this vision to life at scale, offering a sparkling wine that is as refined as it is responsible.
